Your everyday responsibilities will include:
- Providing support & solutions to all Hi5 users. (Hi5 is really easy to use, the requests are really low)
- Managing our support processes and software.
- Engaging with new customers + ensuring their happiness.
- Helping the team with QA (Quality Assurance).
- Help communicate product launches through our Blog and Social Channels.
- Taking part in organising our DisruptHR Events.
